All items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns accepted only if the product received is damaged and we have been notified within 2 day of delivery via an email (Hello@Fancy.in) with the photograph of the product attached.
Refund will be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product back in this case or we will dispatch a fresh piece within two weeks of receiving the damaged product back.

Delivery within 2-3 weeks for smaller items and between 4-6 weeks for larger items.All items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns accepted within 2 days of delivery in case of damaged goods only.

Clean your items regularly, making sure to use a soft, lightly damp cloth and wiping gently. Using a rough rag and pressing it hard against the metal might lead to minor scratches. We recommend wiping the moisture promptly with a dry, soft & lint free cloth.
