General Policy As a marketplace, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. While we facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, all products are sold directly by independent sellers. Each seller may have their own policies regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and shipping. Customers must review the seller's specific policy before making a purchase.
Returns & Refunds
- Customers should raise a request for a return or refund based on seller’s individual return policy.
- If the seller offers / accepts returns, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customers must initiate return requests through their account dashboard or contact the seller directly, you can find the details of the sellers contact information under the Sellers account page.
- Refunds will be processed once the seller confirms the product’s return and approve.
- Marketplace can step in to help if there’s a disagreement between a customer and a seller about a return or refund. However, the marketplace is not responsible for making the seller accept a return or approve a refund if their policy doesn’t allow it. The final decision rests with the seller, not the marketplace.
Dispute Resolution
- If a customer and seller cannot resolve an issue, the marketplace may assist in mediation but does not guarantee resolution.
- Customers can report disputes via 8861408140 within 24 hours of the issue occurring.
By placing an order on our marketplace, customers agree to abide by both this policy and the individual seller policies available on their profile pages.
