Return Policies

Owing to the fragile nature of our products and the logistics incurred in the process, Rayden will not accept any returns of products unless there is a damage to the product during transit to the client and will not be liable for any damage caused on forward shipment.

We strive to provide our customers with the best of our designs manufactured by skilled artisans. Hence, we do not accept any returns unless, the product bears a manufacturing defect. Please note, there are likely to be some color variations in the product received as against the image on the website / social media / E-commerce platforms.

Incase of products damaged in transit or upon receiving a defective piece, the complaint needs to be supported with valid photographs within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

Rayden will ship a replacement order/product within 4 working days of receiving a complaint. In case the product is out of stock or we are for unforeseen reason unable to replace the product, Rayden will refund any payments that are made pertaining to the order.

1. Most orders are ready for delivery within 3-5 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.
2. Delays in delivery can occasionally happen around public holidays or because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Kindly send us the required shipping documents as soon as the order is confirmed from our end, to ensure that the package can be readied in time for pickup by your courier partner. Ideally, it would be great if we can receive all the required shipping documents, 24hr prior to the pickup.
4. In the event that we are handling the shipping, the orders are shippied by our registered courier partners using standard ground shipping.

4a. Once the order is shipped, the Waybill Number along with Shipping partner’s name are sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner's website to track the the shipment and expected date of delivery.

4b. We are available Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PMIST.

4c. Our delivery partners will take up to two attempts to deliver the package. In case of no response from the customer, it will return to us and the order will stand cancelled.

4d. Kindly ensure that the PO contains complete & accurate shipping address of the customer including zip code and a mobile number.

Basik Quarter Plates: Hand wash with soft detergent, Brass Bowls: Wash and rinse daily or before use, using a soft sponge and mild detergent or metal cleaning agent. Wipe dry immediately after rinsing to prevent water stains and maintain a lustrous appearance, Basik Pop Napkins[TEAL]: We recommend dry cleaning of the products. If not possible, hand wash separately and use a mild detergent. Dark colours tend to bleed. Drip dry in shade and iron on the rear side of the product.
