✅ Eligible Returns (For Domestic Orders - India)

  • Returns are accepted only if the product has any transit damage or manufacturing defect.
  • Returns should be requested within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, along with the unboxing video and pictures.
  • If the product packaging is tampered, damaged or opened by force refrain from accepting the orders and reach us immediately at our support number 9790189822 or email us at hello@fancy.in.   
  • Customers should raise a request for a return or refund based on referring to the seller's individual return policy via email.
  • If the seller offers/accepts returns, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customers must initiate return requests by contacting us directly, we will assist you with the return with the help of our Seller team.
  • Refunds will be processed once the seller confirms the product’s return and goes through the inspection,  post that the amount will be refunded and credited  to your respective account within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Orders shipped outside India are not eligible for return.
  • Items purchased at discounted prices are not returnable.

Most orders are prepared and ready for dispatch within 3–5 business days
from the date of order confirmation. Business days are considered Monday
through Friday

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to
public holidays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Documentation Requirement
To facilitate timely dispatch, kindly provide all required shipping documents
immediately upon order confirmation.
Ideally, all documents should be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the
scheduled courier pickup

Delivery Attempts

customer is unavailable for both attempts, the package will be returned to us
