The chair's legs are connected to the seat with through-tenon joints, highlighting the craftsmanship and attention to detail. • We accept returns only in case of damages in transit or manufacturing defects.
• The product should be in the state you received it and in the original packaging.
• Please email us Hello@Fancy.in with your tax invoice along with photos/ videos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order. In case information is not received within 24 hours, goods would be assumed to be received in good condition.
• Our customer service team will get in touch with you within 2 days to plan reverse pick up and schedule repair/ replacement.
